Cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours prior to feast date for a full refund. Anything cancelled less than 72 hours in advance is non-refundable.
Should a feast have less than thirty (30) guests confirmed 24 hours in advance, the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre reserves the right to cancel the feast. Should this situation occur, guests will be notified via phone and/or email to either be reimbursed in full, or rescheduled to a later feast date if available.
Yes, the menu includes veg-forward options that do not have any animal or animal by-product ingredients. Vegan and vegetarian-friendly items include our fresh salads, roasted vegetables, potatoes and dessert.
Yes, the feast includes a variety of gluten-free options and all food stations are labelled accordingly.
Yes, in addition to flavoured water stations there is a bar offering soft drinks, juice, beer and wine for purchase. We accept cash (Canadian and American), debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
SLCC Cultural Ambassadors perform a welcome song and guide guests to their seats. Throughout dinner performances are by Daniel Wells, Jenn Wells, and Alex Wells. You can see some examples of the Wells performances here.
The gift shop will be open throughout dinner service and until 9.00pm.
The bar will be open at 5.45pm and last call will be 8.45pm, last drink served at 9.00pm.
For guests wishing to explore the museum, a docent will be stationed in the Great Hall to answer any questions inquisitive minds may have.

We strongly encourage guests to arrive by 6.00pm at the absolute latest. If guests will be arriving later please call in advance. Entry after 6.20pm will not be permitted.

Yes, coat check is located on the main level next to where guests check in for the feast, in the Great Hall.
There are some 2-tops and 4-tops, but the majority of seating is family-style.
Yes, there is an elevator for guests ease of access between the Cultural Centre’s three levels.
The Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre is located in Whistler, BC Canada, on Blackcomb Way (4584) and Lorimer Road right across from the Fairmont Chateau Whistler in the Upper Village.
From Vancouver: cross the Lion’s Gate Bridge, take the West Vancouver exit, turn right on Taylor Way, take Highway 1 exit west, take Highway 99 (Sea to Sky) exit north to Whistler, British Columbia. Turn right off Hwy 99 at Lorimer Road exit into Whistler Village. The Centre is located at the “T” intersection of Lorimer Road and Blackcomb Way across from Lost Lake Park in Whistler’s upper village (approximate driving time: 2 hours).

Once you arrive in Whistler British Columbia, drive to Lorimer Road and, before approaching the Cultural Centre, turn right into Skiers Lot #4. The Centre is just east, across the bridge from the parking lot. There is a designated loading and unloading area, several handicap spaces and bus drop-off.
