Partnered with two of Whistler’s stakeholder hotel properties as well as two independent caterers, the SLCC offers convenience and customization for your unique event.
The Great Hall located on the main level features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that look north over Lost Lake woods and northerly mountain ranges. Decorating the Great Hall are spectacular weavings, canoes, and carvings.
The Istken Hall is a dynamic round room with wrap-around windows showcasing stunning views of the picturesque northerly mountain ranges and Lost Lake woods.
The Mezzanine Patio’s 5,000 sq ft of decking floats into the forest and allows guests a view of Blackcomb Mountain. 2,500 sq ft of patio is covered in retractable awnings creating an outdoor weather-resistant event space. A fire pit provides a wonderful ambiance for after-dinner drinks and story-telling — a great setting to start or end a sit-down dinner.
*Awnings cannot hold snow load so should not be relied upon during winter months.
Long House
The Longhouse is a separate building from the main facility, accessed via the Mezzanine Patio.
Located adjacent to the Admissions Desk in the Great Hall, the theatre provides comfortable seating for film screenings, presentations, and speaker series.

Mixalh Boardroom
Located on the upper level of the SLCC, the Mixalh (Black Bear) Boardroom overlooks the Great Hall. Natural light and a focused setting make this space ideal for executive and small team meetings or breakout sessions.
