This includes extraction; redistribution; storage; and alteration in any respect or form. Prior written approval from the SLCC and/or the Artist or respective copyright owner. Please contact us for permission.
Customers may exchange or return all unused purchases at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre Gallery & Gift Shop within 14 days of the original purchase accompanied by the bill of sale. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment upon receiving the returned items. Damaged or used items may not be returned.
If the Merchandise was shipped and you are not satisfied with the items received, we offer the opportunity to return it within the first five days after delivery. This offer is under the condition that we are informed about the return before shipping the merchandise back. After receiving the returned merchandise in the same condition that it was originally shipped, we will refund the full purchase price. We will pay the return shipping cost if the product is defective or returned as a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please allow 2 – 6 weeks for delivery pending and international shipping policys and customs.
Our guest’s and member’s privacy of personal information is very important to the SLCC. We will never trade, exchange or sell your personal information.
