The Holistic Tour and Indigenous Tea Offering is a guided wellness-centered experience available exclusively as a Group Tour. Blending cultural education, land-based knowledge, and traditional foods, this tour invites participants to engage with Indigenous approaches to health and healing.
The tour begins with a traditional welcome song, followed by a 15-minute introductory film and a short orientation to the Cultural Centre. From there, guests are led on the Salish Stroll, an interpretive forest walk where a Cultural Ambassador highlights herbs and medicinal plants used by the Squamish and Lil’wat Peoples.
Following the walk, participants are invited to share traditional teas and First Nations-style fried bread (bannock), while learning about the healing properties of the plants being served. The setting is informal and reflective, encouraging group conversation and personal connection to Indigenous perspectives on wellness and community.
This experience is ideal for adult groups, corporate retreats, and wellness-focused organizations looking to connect cultural learning with rest, ritual, and respect for the land.
