The Great Hall

The Great Hall located on the main level can accommodate up to 300 guests for an evening reception or 150 for a sit down dinner. Decorating the Great Hall are spectacular weavings, canoes, carvings and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that look north over Lost Lake and Garibaldi Mountain Ranges. Great Hall rental includes the 78-seat Theatre.

The Mezzanine Patio

The Mezzanine Patio’s 5,000 sq ft of decking floats into the forest and allows guests a view of Blackcomb Mountain. 2,500 sq ft of patio is covered in retractable awnings creating an outdoor weather-resistant event space. A fire pit provides a wonderful ambiance for after-dinner drinks and story-telling — a great setting to start or end a sit-down dinner. The Mezzanine can accommodate up 150 guests for dinner.

*Awnings cannot hold snow load so should not be relied upon during winter months.

The Istken Hall

The Istken Hall is a dynamic round room with wrap-around windows showcasing stunning views of the picturesque northerly mountain ranges and Lost Lake woods. Istken Hall can be used day or night and in combination with the neighboring cafe/lounge space for optimal customization for your specific event requirements. The Istken Hall can accommodate up to 120 guests for dinner.

Specializing in local seafood, free-range game meats, and freshly baked bannock, we blend traditional Indigenous ingredients with modern culinary techniques to create dishes that honor First Nations’ traditions. Our menu packages simplify planning, allowing you to work with our team from menu design to flawless on-site execution. In the spirit of First Nations hospitality, we aim to create a gathering place where your love is celebrated with a fantastic feast to delight you and your guests.
