The Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre is a non-profit organization that receives operational support directly from the Squamish and Lil’wat Nations. All development activities related to exhibitions, collections, and educational programmes are a result of the strong partnerships, contributions, and financial support received from a variety of individuals, foundations, government granting bodies, and corporations that are dedicated to creating opportunities for cultural revitalization and education, who support innovation and creativity in the arts.

The Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre also operates the Aboriginal Youth Ambassador program. This intensive tourism and cultural arts development program has provided employment and education opportunities to over 410 aboriginal youth since 2008.
