Take a step back in time. Explore the Sea-to-Sky Corridor through archival photographs and learn legends of the Squamish Nation. Meet our Ancestors, our family who inspires us as Aboriginal Youth Ambassadors.
The exhibition was curated by Sharon Fortney and the Squamish Language Elders Advisory group for the North Vancouver Museum & Archives. Together the group chose photographs to showcase the people of the Squamish Nation and the places that are important to them from the early 1900’s. When the exhibit came to the SLCC we also include photographs of people that assisted & guided us here.
