10 Feb Feature Jeweler Corrine Hunt
With the Olympics just around the corner, many memories of the 2010 Olympics in Whistler are filling our minds. One that we hold dear was the pride in having our Olympics Medals designed by First Nation’s artist – Corrine Hunt.
Corrine Hunt has been producing contemporary art that reflects the themes and traditions of her First Nations Kwakiutl and Tlingit heritage for more than 22 years. Designer of the 2010 Winter Olympic Medal’s, Corrine has established herself as a progressive artist of the coast and uses recycled metals for her modern Native designed jewellery. We are proud to carry a line of designer pewter jewellery by Corrine and manufactured by Boma.
